We supply the following fabric constructions, matched to your thread count target and price point.
Cotton Percale
Tight plain-weave with a crisp, cool hand-feel. Ideal for hotels, healthcare linen and buyers prioritising durability. Available from 200TC upwards.
Cotton Sateen
Four-over-one satin weave with a silky surface and subtle sheen. Popular for premium retail and hospitality applications from 300TC to 1000TC.
Poly-Cotton Blend
65/35 or 50/50 polyester-cotton blend for value programmes and uniform linen. Lower price point with good durability and easy-care properties.
100% Cotton Plain
Standard plain-weave cotton in the 180–220TC range for basic wholesale programmes, promotional sets and developing-market retail.
Brushed Microfiber
Lightweight, soft polyester microfiber in 85–120 GSM. Excellent for cold-climate markets and price-sensitive volume programmes.
